Bed bolts
Just about to lay my bed back down and put the bolts in and only now noticed that 4 of the bolts are shorter than the other 4 and just curious if some can tell me where the shorter bolts go? Shorter on the corners and 4 longer on the inside or vice versa?

Just so the answer is documented for those who search:
The ones against the cab are longer. The middle set is the shorter ones, and the set by the tailgate are longer (IIRC anyway).
I guess you are re-using the bolts?

The bolts and frame clips were purchased and installed last summer when i had the newer bed put on so they're still new looking and came out super easy and when I put them back in just a few hours ago I lathered them in copper anti sieze 😉
