Do you hear anything when you press the window button in either direction? Does the master window switch still control the other windows fine? If you have the passenger door open and try to raise the window does it maybe work, or if not, do the interior lights dim such as if the power motor is stalling?
I'm not sure that the 2010 Explorer window regulator uses the 3 hard rollers within the regulator assembly.
