I have Sirius in the truck but would like to listen to some of my CD's when on a long trip. Does anyone make a player that I can use without cutting and drilling. A multi disc would be great but I'll go for a single if that's all that's out there. I'm not to computer savvy so the easier the better.

there are aftermarket CD players that plug into the usb port in your truck. i have never used one though.
i just put music on a 32 gig thumb drive and plug it into the usb port. this gives me around 6 days of continuous music before it replays.
