Need help on this issue
Can anyone help me solve this problem? It appeared a few days ago, and my car won’t hold a charge. I changed the battery and have been checking the settings to see if I can reset the BMS. I’ve watched some videos but haven’t been able to fix it because it still won’t hold a charge. I think it might be the alternator, but it hasn’t arrived yet because I ordered it. Does anyone know more about this? I would really appreciate any help. Thank you.

Try cleaning your battery cables and posts of corrosion, get a good clean contact then test the battery with motor running and shut down.
Check that the Negative contact to frame is clean and free of corrosion also. Usually the Alternator lasts longer than 50,000 miles but if
you use accessories like Sawzall's, tow trailers, etc. it might test bad. The Battery seems suspect with age also. XLT's ↑ usually have
super batteries to match the optional electrical stuff on the vehicle..
