4R70W for 2 wheel drive, 14 qts includes draining the torque converter, it has a drain plug you have to align with the hole in the bell housing to get at it.
Going from the shop manual: Use MERCON Multi-Purpose Automatic Transmission Fluid or equivalent meeting Ford specification XT-2-QDX or DDX. Merc V should be fine.
MERCON AFT hasn't been made since 2006. You won't find it anywhere. MERCON V is the correct fluid. Many different companies sell MERCON V fluid, you don't have to use Motorcraft.
