I'm gonna guess it's a blown boot and the oil is coming from a turbo shaft oil seal.

When I'm going engine cleaning, I run a hose to the drain on my water heater. Seems to help a little bit to get some hot water on things that are oily.

Oil leak SOLVED!!

So I used lie 13 cans of cleaner, drove for a while after I clean the crap out of the motor and as I'm looking in the valley(after I found out the valley drain hole was CLOGGED, and I cleaned it out) I see a small location that looked like new oil coming out....... So I turned truck on, and got one of my painting light and looked good..........THE DAM "NON-SERVICEABLE PLUG" WAS BARELY SCREWED IN!!!" So it was pissing oil on the underside, where I wasn't able to see cause there was SOOOO much gunk and crap built up. In my previous comments, I had said the "hpop" was rebuilt about 9 months ago. Well this SO CALLED " REPUTABLE DIESEL MECHANIC " WE WENT TO IN THE *PAST* (HENCE WHY WE HAVEN'T GONE IN AWHILE, AND NOW WONT EVER BE AGAIN) THE PLUG WASN'T EVEN HAND TIGHT! I GOT A 1/2 wrench on an and was able to get a slight crank then flip of the wrench and slight crank, so on, & so forth till it was just snug enough to not mash the o-ring (that was still luckily on there) and the ball "INSIDE THE HPOP AT THE END OF THR NON-SERVICEABLE PLUG(THAT EVERYONE SAYS TO BE CAREFUL OF AN NOT MASH, as it will cause BIG problems, like no engine start) so, 8 fixed it the other day and so far so good, I'm just noticing residual water/degreaser/old oil tiny spots that show up now and again. Also I'm in Houston TX, ACTUALLY ROSENBERG.Which is EXACTLY where Hurricane Beryl just his last monday(1 week ago) so, not only was i dealing withy truck down (i was still able to putt putt around, I just had to keep "2 GALLONS" (10 qts) of oil with me at all times and I could only drive 30 mins to 1 hr at a time, cause of the leak. I would lose, I'd say 5-10 qts in a 30 min to 1 hr time of constant driving) but also deal with a hurricane AND I had my 7 y.o. daughter who just wanted to play and hang out. SO TO DEAL WITH ALL THAT WAS NO FUN (Except with my baby girl❤️!)

Sooooooooo.............
THANK YOU ALL SOOOOO MUCH FOR YOU HELP AND ADVICE, I DEFINITELY APPRECIATE IT ALL, AS I DONT THINK I WOULD OF FIGURED IT OUT DID NOT FOR ALL OF Y'ALL PITCHING IN IN WITH HELP AND ADVICE!!! THANK YOU ALL!!!!!🤙🏼✌🏼👍🏼🙏🏼

If it was actually leaking that bad from the hpop, truck may run better
