Got my truck started back after it been sitting for 6 month all it’s needed to be done was priming now they telling me I have a oil leak from the hpfp and it coming from the bottom how does that work hopefully someone can tell me how that work it’s will be 12+ hour of labor 155xhr
Oil leak from which side of engine? There is a rubber hose on the right side of engine just above the oil pan that goes to the pcv system. That hose deteriorates and will leak. That's most likely the problem. It isn't a 12 hour job.
Take the truck to a car wash, clean under the engine as well as you can, then look for the leak. Glad you got your fuel system issues solved.

they said from the bottom and it’s a lot and that I will need to top it off with oil constantly once pick up
If it's coming from the top of the engine there is also a turbo oil tube seal that would more likely be the issue before the HPFP. The only way you will know is if you do as I suggest and clean the area and then look for the leak.
So, get on top of the engine and look down at the top. Is there oil pooling on top of the engine around the turbo? If so you need to do as I suggested and check the turbo oil seal. You need to understand a gasket such as the gasket on the fuel pump will leak but not to that degree unless it's totally missing or severely damaged. That looks more like a oil pressure leak and that would be coming from the turbo seal or the turbo oil lines. When you sent this to your mechanic to get it running again was it leaking like this? If not then he screwed it up and needs to make it right.
ok the mechanic said they had to replace the turbo oil seals on my turbo but no i dont see no oil around the turbo but i see smoke around that area and i wasnt seeing no oil leak prior to taking it to them... they did a quite a bad job i had to basically go over there work and tighten the exhaust bolt because they was too lazy

All I can say is take it to a different mechanic and have them check it out. Without physically being able to see it in person it would be hard to diagnose it for you.
Edit to add: Just because they replace the turbo seal doesn't mean they have it installed correctly or the oil tube inserter properly.
