2018 Ford Sync black.
The radio is completely black in my 2018 F350. Back up cam doesn't come in in reverse. I have tried a soft reset and hard reset. Checked all the fuses in the passenger seat side, they all come back good. About to break down and take it to the dealer for diagnosis. Any tips would be greatly appreciated.
