says plugged filter? Send it to the crusher! Not. Open it carefully. Replacement filters available. See Max for details. Empty your tank first? That, AND be ready to catch fuel. I have whittled a pointy plug to temporarily plug fuel lines. Golf tee has worked before. YMMV.

I'm not so sure you can find the OEM reservoir anymore, I think a last year we went through this with a member. But yes, filters are easy to get.
I used "red rubber stoppers" to plug my lines. We used them at work for lots of stuff.
