Excursion lift

I own a 2000 Excursion and would like to put a lift on it. I would like any feedback on the do's and don't. I have heard that when lifted there may be a problem with drive shaft vibration. Anyway hope to get some good input.

Excursion lift

2001 ford f-250 sd crew cab 4x4 6" skyjacker lift w/36x14.50 love the lift, truck is alot more stable took the boat feeling out of the truck as for liftkits i researched all major mfg of all lifts and skyjacker was the most well built kit the quality of materials was obvious & also offer drive shaft drop kit! if you need it? did not need on my truck but your excursion is a little shorter. also if you looking at the trucks there lifts are rated higher than the excursion so my 6" kit would be 4" on a excursion why? they say it sits 2" lower than the trucks also make sure what ever kit you buy,get rear springs & not a rear block kit! because of real bad axle wrap specialy with bigger tires good luck!
