After warming up drove it down the road. 500 ft down the road it lost power and died.
after looking under the hood briefly I had attempted to start it to no avail. Towed it home and tried to crank it again and it wouldnt turn. I got under the truck and hand cranked it with a 18mm half " drive breaker bar belt off. I got it to turn and even crank with jump wire. I heard what sounded like an injector jumping on the pass side (assuming it was hydrolocked due to improperly torqued injector) so i tore down the pass side head none are moving on crank. So I tore down drive side head same thing. I have squeaking on the drive side during crank and what sounds like air leaking from injector on pass side. [I know its a long post but I hope this helps explain the issue.
was it smoking from overfuel condition before it died
If it is hydro lock you can pull glow plugs to relieve the hydro lock just be careful when you crank any fluid coming out glow plug hole will come out with lethal force
Did you have difficulty at first when trying to manually rotate the engine (was it binding at first and then something felt like it "broke free")?
I think that what you are experiencing here could be connected to the no-start and high IPR commanded Duty Cycle that you experienced (in your other thread).

Still hear air escaping somewhere around cylinder 7 Ill post a video tomorrow on sound with squeak and air escape
Could you please explain a bit more on your comment in bold above?
So it turns out there was a loose injector causing hydro lock so that's what the squeak was. I do have a née problem. Upon putting on the oil rail I screwed up a stand pipe got a new one and couldn't for the life of me get it in so looking into it I noticed something in the way and I can't for the life of me figure out what it is.
See this is why my name is superduty beginner it's my first diesel and I had no Idea now my other problem is it came out and was laying under the head so I had to remove head to get it so where does it go can't figure it out
Looked a little harder figured it out it turns out that the previous owner being the terrible mechanic he was left an old one under the head. Thank you all for the help I'm an idiot
No, you just need to start by researching before you tear into things. It really is VERY possible for someone that doesn't know this engine to make it worse. One thing that comes to mind is that the standpipe was installed when you bought the truck AND when you removed the rail - is that correct?
There is a lot in the thread linked below, especially if you read the links in it and continue to ask questions. That said, I think that you have a long way to go, and judging by what you have to say about the previous owner, this may not be the right truck for you.
A google search on installing Ford 6.0L glow plugs will pull up a lot of videos. Also, if you install the wrong model year glow plug, it is possible to ruin the engine (as an example of how a simple lack of knowledge can cause big problems).
EDIT: The '03 6.0L bible (coffee table book) is a "must read" and for you, so are the '04 and '05 updates.
