I'm not too fond of this new app...the location feature which used to be useful is complete trash now. For reference, I live in Virginia....neither my truck or the wife's explorer are remotely close to their current location. My wife filled up at a gas station two days ago...she's apparently still there and my truck is parked in the headquarters building. :-)
I dont think anyone said the service records are gone. Multiple users, including myself, have said the ability to upload service records is gone. If that’s not the case please post up where that feature has moved. The other thing mentioned was acces to the owners manual. That and warranty information was accessible through the Fordpass app, is it still?

I went to the Apple site and gave the app a 1 star and negative comments.
FWIW... Prepping for a trip, I changed oil/filters and rotated the tires on my truck this week, and was able to add that info into my Ford Pass account via logging into Ford account on my laptop. That info instantly appeared on the mobile app on my phone. Finding the actual area in the Ford account to do this is a PITA!!
I like to keep this record up to date for when I decide to replace it.

in the laptop ford app I tried by
Ford > dashboard > service history > add record
i add all the details, including choosing “self service” from a dropdown … and added the details in the description text box … hit submit and it gives me the error message
tried multiple computers , multiple browsers, clearing cache … all the same error

I use Ford Pass a lot and I really like the updated version. Don't understand what all of the whining is about.
My last Ford before this 24 F450 was a 98 Explorer, so I am new to FordPass, but compared to my previous RAM and my Chrysler Pacifica, this app is bare bones and mostly useless.
