2001 4.2 Where does ignition coil wire plug into/Please help:(

I have a 2001 f150 4.2 recently pulled my engine and put it back in, I’m on the final steps to getting it running, I have no spark and I think this connector is the problem, I’ve been searching everywhere and can’t find where it connects to

I believe it is called the Ignition Coil Connector, it is labeled FCI

I looked on my spare engine, couldn’t find this plug anywhere im stumped

The coil pack connector has four pins, not three. You can check for power at the connector with the key on. There are three ground wires (grounded by the PCM to fire each coil) and a power wire. Make sure you remnembered to plug it in, it's kind of obscured by the plug wires of the coil pack.

If it was mine I'd put the wire harness for that connector back in its clips and see what devices are within reach. But it shouldn't affect coil power.

everything for my ignition coil pack is wired correctly but is there by info on where the connector in my picture goes? I think it is for the ignition coil

The coil pack is the only "ignition coil", so your sentence makes no sense. There's only one coil pack and you say that it's plugged in. How could that extra connector be associated with the coil? Your best chance to get spark is to focus on the actual coil pack connector, not the extra unknown connector.

Browse through the RockAuto electrical connections section, maybe you'll find something for the three pin connector.

i appreciate the help the only reason I say it is related to the coil is because it is labeled FCI, when I searched the part number it shows up and is called a “ignition coil connector” I have checked my engine for bad grounds, checked all relays and fuses related to spark so I am at a dead end, maybe what I found online could have been labeled wrong it just gave me some hope when I found the exact connector online lol

I see the one reference to ignition coil. But it's for a Ford Focus coil.

Amazon Amazon

I might browse the connector section of my wiring manual just for fun. But, in the meantime, do you have a meter or test light? I'd say forget about the Ford Focus coil plug and focus on your own coil pack plug. Make sure that one pin has power with the key on.

But, are you sure it doesn't have spark? Could be that it has no injection. What does the THEFT light do?

I only saw two squarish shaped three pin connectors - brake fluid level and fuel tank pressure transducer. The alternator has a three pin plug too, but it's a different shape. It's in the vicinity though.

Probably doesn't have anything to do with the engine. Get that meter or test light out.

Yeah 100% doesn’t have spark, I need to test for fuel pressure, I tested my MAF sensor and it was getting power, I replaced my crankshaft position sensor with a brand new one, I actually thought it was the theft system so I had a locksmith come out to reprogram my keys and he said the theft system was not triggered it was fine, I tested my relays and even replaced 2 of them because I had spare, checked for any breaks in the fuses, but yeah I’ll get the multimeter out again and keep testing

So I’m thinking maybe bad PCM, Bad ground, or maybe I’m just cursed

No spark would lead me to look at the crank trigger and its wiring
You could look at the wire colors, and try to find out what that plug goes to that way

On my 2003 the PCM power relay is powered through Fuse #2 in the battery junction box. A 30A fuse.
