Think of your truck as a "heavy duty" F150 for most things and they will make more sense. It was basically a marketing gimmick by Ford with a heavier duty suspension and axles. It's not a Super Duty F250 which didn't have PATS.
There is no "PATS immobilizer module" in your truck, that's why you cannot find one. The system uses the instrument cluster to drive/read the key cylinder transceiver. The PCM, the cluster, and the keys are all "married" during programming. The transceiver is simply an antenna, it does not require reprogramming when replaced unless something else got screwed up.

That brings up another problem then this truck has sat for a long time before being given to me because they lost the keys.. at some point someone tried pulling the lock cylinder breaking the transceiver I replaced the transceiver and I have a key that turns the ignition lock but has no chip so what do I do with it at this point. I did get it to fire by jumping the relays and putting gas in the plenum but even with the fuel pump working it still won't run without putting gas in the plenum and then it only runs for a short time. What am i missing here? I really need this truck for work
I have a 2014 F250 super duty, single cab, long bed it’s just a basic it’s got power windows and locks and it was owned by AT&T before I bought it. It has a utility shell on it from the brand name is called brand FX and if you mess with a box in the back of the alarm system goes off which is great, but is there any way to disable the horn honking every time you push lock or unlock on the key

Having no keys at all makes it a lot harder. You will need:
1. TWO new PATS keys, both mechanically cut so they operate the ignition cylinder. Door locks would be nice, too...
2. The keys need to be programmed into PATS using either a capable scan tool or equivalent. Forscan with extended license on a Windows laptop with a recommended OBDII adapter is a common DIY option. Otherwise, you will need the services of a mobile locksmith, a properly equipped mechanic, or a Ford dealership to do the programming.
3. Some luck and hoping that the hardware all works properly.
Alternative is to send the PCM out to a service and have PATS deleted.

So when you say have pcm sent out to a service what exactly are you referring to and where would that service be?
What year did they start putting that PATS in the cluster SHO?
Mine in a 04 Heritage (03 truck) is malf part time
What ones interchange and how hard are they to find?
Thanks
