E4OD malfunctions after swap.
I have a 93 f250 5.8L. I just swapped in a 94 e4OD in realized the computers didn’t work so I grabbed the ones out of the old and put in with the new. My main problem is, it shifts fine when cold but once it gets to op temp the shifting quality goes goodbye, and at times if ran too long it overheats and spills out of the dipstick tube base by the pan. On top of that once at op temp in drive gear it doesn’t want to move at all, I have to shift it into 1st then shift into drive about 20-25 to get any form of power out of it

so the solenoid pack in the 94s was not functioning properly, shifting horridly. I swapped out the 94s with my 93s and it seemed to help a good amount. I haven’t been able to pull codes my reader is currently broken and I can’t get it to a shop
