Running Board Brackets
I have some small cast aluminum running boards I want to add to my 2 door F350. Anybody ever made brackets? Got pictures or measurements?

I have DeeZee running boards on the ‘89 F-150. The front has a splash guard from the wheel well to the board. There is a bar that goes from the middle of the board to the frame and a piece of flat metal stock that bolts to the back of the cab and to the running board.

How much of the running board are you working with?

I have never seen those before. It looks like they bolt to the cab.

They are not off a pickup I think. Maybe an Explorer.

I would cut the top of that bracket off and spin it 180°, reweld, and bolt it to the frame myself

That’s a thought. The bracket and running board are aluminum, but I could weld up a steel reverse bracket.
