Frame cleaning, prepping, painting, etc.
Bed crossmembers have gone from rusty to gone in about one year. I will be replacing these soon. While the bed is off, I plan to pressure wash the frame, then Ospho basically everything, prime everything, paint everything, then apply undercoating where appropriate. Possible products are,
I may finish off with a treatment of FluidFilm. I live near the ocean, on a gravel road, in a place where they salt in the winter.
Question: What have others used on their rusty frames?

your playlist is pretty much what i used on the frame of my 88 7 years ago. it still looks like i did it yesterday. my house is 400 yards from the raritan bay, which is connected to the atlantic ocean.
uses pressure washer to clean frame of crud and scale. two coatings of ospho, covered with two thin applications of rustoleum red oxide primer, than finished with two thin applications of rustolium professional matt black paint.
i cut the paint and primer 60-40 with acetone.
