Heads and pushrods?

What part # am I looking for when buying new heads that have the updated valve train. My 2011 had the classic valve break and ruined the head and cylinder. I bought a new oem shortblock from ford and am shopping for heads. Also what's a good brand to buy chrome molly 3/8" pushrods?

Where did you get your block…what’s their recommendation on up ward compatibility…

I would be concerned with buying stock original design heads

also check into potential cracks at re-install of the pax side valve cover and how to prevent the cracks.

I bought it from a ford dealership. I think it's hc3z-2009. I'll have to double check. Do you have any recommendations for heads. I tow everyday and live in the blue ridge mountains. How bout push rods? I was read something about Manton 3 piece 3/8" rods but didn't see any reviews or talk about them
