E4OD overdrive light flashing
I have a 1993 7.3 idi with a transmission that is shifting rough and the overdrive light is flashing, I have replaced the tach sensor with no luck. Light only flashes after it shifts for the first time.

You need to read the codes to know what's wrong. Randomly changing parts gets expensive and usually doesn't fix anything.
