My 73 f250 cs came with a radius arm stabilizer bar an a somewhat anemic rear sway bar. Is it worth it to swap the rear for a beefier one and or replace the radius arm stabilizer with an aftermarket front sway bar or even add a front sway bar in addition to the radius arm stabilizer? Radius arm stabilizer bar
That is the first I seen of the bar on the arms but then again I spend my time in the 80 - 86 area.
Note sway bars if front / rear should be a matched set to balance out the handling.
Go add a bigger or a 2nd one to 1 end or the other will throw off the handling and not for the good.
I would leave what you got.
Remember it is a truck not a sports car so handling is not going to be great.
Just be happy you got bars front / rear, my 81 F100 did not come with even a front bar, as most 4x2 80's trucks did not.
They say the 4x4 trucks had front bars.
