I want to replace the PCM on my kids 94 F350 460. I reached out to Flagship one and they quoted me $750 for a new one with lifetime warranty. Couple of places that I tried online did not carry anything for under 99’s. Anyone know of other places I can check?
I had to replace mine. I just went with O'Reilly's. Quick, easy, cheap, warrantied. I kept my original as I plan on getting it fixed and having a quality backup.

Did they special order? On the website it says unavailable.
Bought an ECU. It ran for less than the warranty period. Went through the motions of an RMA, and then got ghosted. Opened the case and found that the capacitors were original and leaking. I was able to fix them myself and the unit fan fine afterwards, but still. Never buy from Flagship One.
IOW, if they say "Tested and Certified", or whatever, and use the term Warranty somewhere along the way, it in no way means that the item is really a quality part.
AaaaND the warranty, though time-based, when you read it through, really only covered a single repair/replacement. Their prices are high and would easily cover that one-item fix.
My advice, never buy from Flagship One. Just fix the one you have.
I replaced mine with a cardone for safety, it lasted me 6 months, overnight I had the fuel pump running constantly, so I put the original one back, I plan to have it repaired the cardone just in case but I find that the repair of the cardone brand is not reliable at all.
I got a new one for mine off Ebay for 427
Saved my old one and I will replace the caps someday.
Lifetime sure sounds good, but I would be worried about availability of another one in 10 years
Will they give you your 799 back if they cannot provide a replacement in 20 years?

for that price, I’d go aftermarket new.
i watch the local used part outs find computers from 20-100, resell for the same after fixing the capacitors. Don’t have any 460, I’ll look around.
What's wrong with the unit you have? If the caps are swelled (common problem) you could fix it yourself for about $5 worth of parts.
I would be concerned about replacing the capacitors with the correct ones and soldering them properly. Electrical has never been my strong point. I don’t have enough experience or knowledge with circuit boards to spot any other issues.
Kids truck has that 1500-1800rpm stumble and abs/cel lights that come on and off intermittently. For piece of mind I would like to fix or replace since he is doin alot of traveling
