93 460 pcm

I have a 1993 f350 460 auto CCLB 4X4. when I got the truck it had a reman PCM. That PCM the capacitors (3) had one leg that was rotted off of them and one resistor that was beside one if them. I can't find any info on the resistor. I've replaced that one with and used one and that one burnt the board and can't be repaired. The PCM is F3FT-12A650-KA ELF. I'm wanting to repair this one myself but need some help please and thank you

I cannot see the first band on the resistor color bands to determine what the ohms are. The last gold band denotes 5% tolerance.

Update on PCM. Got the correct resistor and capacitors that I needed to fix the PCM (1 resistor and 2 capacitors from a donor PCM, 1 new capacitor from digikey). Soldered the good parts in and installed PCM back on truck. Fires up and runs without CEL. I'm one happy camper. Thanks for the ones that helped inform me on the items needed.
