“NO PHONE” error

“NO PHONE” error

I recently purchased a 2015 F350 Sd Extra cab. When I attempt to connect my phone to the audio system in the truck I get “NO PHONE” displayed and then cannot make the connection.
I’m attaching a photo so you can see my system and exactly what I am seeing.
Any help would be appreciated.

I don't have a screen like that. All I have is a radio that looks like the one in the original post.

In the video he states it doesn't matter which radio you have. Basically just pull the radio fuse marked Sync or radio so it loses power. Re-insert the fuse and see if it reboots your blue tooth connection.

Nothing suggested works

I tried resetting sync by removing the radio fuse per video but no change. The add device doesn’t show on the screen. It just returns to the normal screen.
