“NO PHONE” error
 

I recently purchased a 2015 F350 Sd Extra cab. When I attempt to connect my phone to the audio system in the truck I get “NO PHONE” displayed and then cannot make the connection.
I’m attaching a photo so you can see my system and exactly what I am seeing.
Any help would be appreciated.

Are you using Bluetooth or a cable?

I have the same thing with my 2016 F-350.

Maybe you need to do this to reset the system???

I don't have a screen like that. All I have is a radio that looks like the one in the original post.

My truck doesn't have the steering wheel controls.

In the video he states it doesn't matter which radio you have. Basically just pull the radio fuse marked Sync or radio so it loses power. Re-insert the fuse and see if it reboots your blue tooth connection.

Nothing suggested works
 

I tried resetting sync by removing the radio fuse per video but no change. The add device doesn’t show on the screen. It just returns to the normal screen.

No SYNC in my truck
 

I sent my VIN to Ford and it appears that my truck doesn’t have SYNC. 🙄
