I have a 1993 F150 5.8 4x4 e4od. Picked this truck up non running working through codes. It now runs sometimes good and most of the time rough. The last code I’m working on is 327. This code is KOEO. I replaced the egr and the evp. I put a meter on the evp and this is what I got with engine operating temp when it was cold ohms were a little lower.
Voltage Refrence 5.02 volts
VREF and EVP 4928 ohms
SIG RTN and EVP 625 ohms

From what I read these numbers are ok

What am I missing or where do I go next?

327- EGR feedback signal is/was low – EVR or PFE

Test your EVR (EGR Valve Regulator)

 

The pinpoint tests have you checking voltage, not resistance.
I would run through the actual pinpoint tests for your code 327 in the PCED

 

I switched out ecu with another truck I have and now it runs great. Thank you for the suggestions.
