Power Tailgate Switch Not Working

I had my 2017 F350 in the body shop having a box side panel replaced. I got it back several weeks ago but never tried to open the tailgate until today and discovered that the power button on the tailgate is not working but the switch on the dash does work. I opened up all the plugs and checked for a damaged pin but everything looks fine. My next thought was a blown fuse but checking the manual I found it makes no mention of the tailgate on any of the fuses. I know the tailgate worked before having the work done as I shoveled the snow out of the box for them. Any suggestions on a fuse to check or anything else that could be looked into? I really don't want to take it back to them if at all possible.

There was a thread describing the same issue recently. In it I linked to a couple older threads that said chaffed wires were found, loose connection on another. I wasn't able to find any common cause in my brief search. All said that the interior button and button on fob worked, just not the switch at the tailgate.
