Alright, this truck has been through a lot in the past year. But we’ve almost got it nailed down. Backstory: 16’ F350 6.7 got struck by lightning possibly through the TCM and had many modules replaced but’s still popping up with codes. We’ve got it nailed down to the CPS (camshaft position sensor), throttle pedal, and EGR I’ll attach an image of the codes that popped up.
Our throttle pedal did have a code earlier but it seemed like it was linked to the DEF system (somehow). We have the parts for the throttle pedal, EGR, and CPS but don’t know where to start. The mechanic that we had help us said that it most likely the CPS since the truck doesn’t have a fast start, it cranks for a bit to find the position of the crankshaft. But yet, I’m still new to IDS and I don’t know if I need to program the CPS. Could someone tell me if I need to program it or not? Also if I need to do something important for the throttle pedal?
