They fit. I took my flaps off my 22 and put them on my 23 without issue. They were the OEM ford ones.

Do the 22 flaps leave a gap on the rear like the 23 flaps do? I've seen photos from owners of 23's with the new flaps pointing out a gap between the rear flaps and inner wheel well.
