2015 Ford Taurus
Is it a bad thing when your mechanic calls you because he's stumped?
My Taurus won't switch between defrost, vent, and floor. So I bought a new actuator and spent several days inventing new curse words while I tried to replace it. I could get the new actuator on, but it was clocked about 30 degrees off and I couldn't turn it to line up the screws. So I dumped it off on my poor mechanic and he's calling me with the same problem. Any ideas?
