I just bought a 6.4 for an insane deal. And when I was driving it home I saw a green light pop up to the right of odo. Anyone know what that means? People say it normally goes into limp mode I guess but it never did. It had a few issues and maybe its an electrical issue too but not sure. My speedometer and odo also don't work, would anyone know what that would be also?

I would check the PCM connectors (right behind the air intake on the passenger side). Those connector pins accept information from the engine sensors, get processed, and then get spit out to various actuators, instrument cluster, transmission, etc. I had a problem once where some water had gotten in the connectors and caused a bad connection with the IC. All the idot lights flashed, odo and speedodo quit working, green wrench popped up. All I did was take the connector off, dry it out, slapped it on again and it worked. (Obv I found the point of entry for the water after I got home and fixed it).
Condolences. There is no such thing as a good deal for a 6.4 truck unless you're planning on engine swapping it or harvesting it for its other usable parts.
....
I would venture to say that the very first step would be to connect a good scanner and read codes. There are too many things that can trigger the wrench light to make a good guess if that's all you know.

those codes are the same ones that my buddies snap on scanner read too
I believe you want to find out why the ABS module is not talking. Check for powers and grounds to the module, and check communication wires.
speedo is also not working, but the green wrench light is also a pretty big concern cause im not sure whats causing it. Most people say if the abs and speedo isn't working it's the vss so I'm going to try replacing that today
From Ford's service manual. This indicates that if the ABS module is not communicating, the speedometer will not operate.
Normal Operation
The instrument cluster (IC) receives the vehicle speed signal from the PCM over the high speed controller area network (HS-CAN) communication bus. The vehicle speed data originates with the rear axle speed sensor. The rear axle speed sensor sends its data to the ABS module. The ABS module provides the rear axle speed data to the PCM over the HS-CAN communication bus. The instrument cluster (IC) monitors the vehicle speed input from the PCM and commands the speedometer with a corresponding movement of the pointer.
If the instrument cluster (IC) receives invalid vehicle speed data from the PCM for 5 seconds or less, the instrument cluster (IC) defaults the speedometer to the last setting, based upon the last known good vehicle speed message. If the instrument cluster (IC) does not receive the vehicle speed data from the PCM for more than 5 seconds, the instrument cluster (IC) sets DTC U0100 in continuous memory and defaults the speedometer to 0 km/h (0 mph). If the vehicle speed data received is deemed invalid by the instrument cluster (IC), the instrument cluster (IC) sets DTC U2023 and defaults the speedometer to 0 km/h (0 mph).
