Well, I talked to Brian this morning 4 minutes shy of an hour and learned a lot during that conversation. He is rebuilding my transmission today and it will be shipped back to me pronto. Got an invite to call him back after my install and also to come visit sometime. I’m going to tell you guys that you will never meet a couple like Brian and Patty. They both treat their customers like they’ve known you all their lives and are truly interested in their customers and their customer’s satisfaction. Really an experience that has become very rare these days. You just can’t appreciate his knowledge and involvement with other aspects of his industry until you have talked to him. Runs way deeper than just rebuilding transmissions. I have absolutely no doubt that I made the right move in choosing BTS!

Good to hear. Customer service like that certainly makes for a very good experience. Looking forward to hearing your impression of their 4r100 once you have it in and drive it.

This is exactly why I have no hesitation in recommending BTS. I hope he is not planning to retire soon.

My transmission arrived yesterday at the shop and I hauled it home last night. There was something missing though. I had ordered a 6.0 cooler also and it was not on the pallet! Patti had said that it would be. I called BTS to explain that the cooler was missing on my shipment. Patti called back apologetically about an hour later and told me that somehow it did not make it out of the shop on the pallet. She said it was their fault and that she would overnight the cooler. Guess what, I’ve already received notification from UPS that my package is out for delivery now! BTS is just flat out awesome to deal with. I might not have gotten the experience of making it to their shop to see the whole process, but I have been treated very, very well by BTS. Really top notch company with people who are kind, knowledgeable, and willing to go the extra mile for their customers. 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

This is probably just one of many reasons why BTS is still in business, while the other transmission guy who BTS was sometimes compared with on the forums isn't.

@Bonanza35 can describe the customer service he had with the other guy.

The beast is mobile once again! This transmission puts the power to the ground smoothly. No herky jerky shifts any more. Now, when it shifts into overdrive, it is a very precise shift and is not crowding the redline like it used to do. The torque converter is so much more efficient that there isn’t that harsh shift when the converter locks up. All I can say is wow, never knew it could be this way. This setup has got to help fuel mileage and is kind of like a big rubber band that is pulling you along. 0-60 is pretty dang impressive although I have not timed it. I can just tell that there is no letting up with power to the ground. Pretty much had it finished yesterday after starting around 10:00 am. Finished up some minor things this morning such as my bumper and installing the cooler hard lines. I’m a little poorer now, but I’m happier!😀

Thanks bud. Can always count on support from you!👍 I know this transmission only does what the PCM tells it to do, but there is plenty of magic that Brian does to make it behave the way it does!

Sounds like great results, what tuning are you running?

Jelibilt. No sure of the spelling, but I've already talked to them about removing the line pressure adjustment that they programmed onto my Hydra. Doesn't seem to be doing anything adverse, but Brian said his transmission doesn't need any help with tuning, so I'm all ears.
