Your newer internet connected vehicles are spying on you, and reporting on how you drive. I think I will stick with my 2019 as the newest one for now.

"if you got nothing to hide, it's no different than your iphone location tracking"
-Car maker apologists every time people raise privacy concerns about electronic driving nannies.
Remember, whatever is constantly watching to "assist" you is always constantly taking notes.
Sometimes I think I will never get rid of my 18 year old Ford sedan of which the most advanced feature is ABS and traction control. LOL.

Yep, my insurance agent offered me a discount. Catch was I had to download their app to my phone, which I was certain would track me daily. I immediately declined. I will pay a little extra to maintain my personal freedom as an American (even if it's not going to last forever).
What happens if it's our first sunny and 75 day and I just left work in my Mustang GT and I want to open it up for a few seconds on an open stretch of highway? Is the app going to throw a flag, alert my insurance company, and then I get a rate increase in the mail? Screw that. This invasion of privacy is going way too far.

Hence, my yanking the fuse for the telematics and turning off Wi-Fi in Sync3. Sure, I can't remotely retrieve my mileage info or remotely start my truck using FordPass (which I don't use anyhow), but small price to pay to keep my privacy.
I also don't connect my phone to Sync3; Ford has no business knowing what's on my phone (contacts, messages, etc.).

Your 19 is doing the same thing. I had to take an unexpected 6k mile trip a few years ago and I went over my milage plan for my insurance. The following month I received a notice from my insurance company that my rate would be going up for the next six months. I never called them and told them my milage so obviously Ford is providing the data to insurance companies.

This is exactly why the fuses got yanked out and every wire disconnected off that 5G spyware device behind the rear seat. It broke the compass so I guess that worked to kill that RF.
I still have not found the wireless modem or antenna to disconnect. I hear it is behind the dash somewhere but cannot verify 100%.
