Center console swap?
I got a 2021 f250 with front jump seat im looking to swap to a center console. Have any of you done this swap before? If so which year consoles worked and are there any other wiring harness needed etc?
I’ve watched some YouTube videos on a few swaps. It’s doable but the hang up seems to be, to power the cig lighter and two USB’s after swapping to the center console.

I did it to my 2018. Front USB was easy...I just re-routed the one that was up there to the console. I didn't worry about anything in the rear, as I don't have passengers back there.

hey man. Did you have a single USB? Or did you have a double already? If you had a single, can it be swapped to a double? Maybe a type an and a type c? I’ll be uograding my head u it in the future.

I did my ‘19 & my ‘20 with the same console (pulled the console when I traded in the ‘19 for the ‘20).
For me the biggest PITA was getting the correct dash trim pieces- during the COVID cluster you couldn’t find squat.
You need the console bracket that bolts to the floor and the wiring harness.
Find a truck similar to yours and use the last 8 of the VIN to order the harness for it.
I got to where I could swap it out in about 30 minutes.

parts minus harness. I have a 19 xl. So I am not even sure what harness I would need…. Maybe ford can help me. Did you have any wiring issues when getting everything hooked up? I have following: 1usb, 1 12v. Both below climate control. 2 12v where some have the power plug. And one in the back of the jump seat. I’ve heard many say they can’t get barely any of it working.
