Question console swap

I have a 2021 f-250 XLT with the jump seat console. I am interested in swapping to the regular console. Any insights on how difficult this is? Is there a harness nearby (from power seats) that I would utilize for power connectivity?

Thanks!

I did this on my 2017, it was fairly straight forward. I added the ductwork also so the rear vents would work. I can't remember exactly how I did the wiring but it wasn't hard to make it all work including the rear 120v plug and USB ports.

Check out a parts diagrams online. I did it on a 2017 as well and it was a breeze. The harness plugs are all there and you just need to either source the console from salvage or be prepared to order a lot of parts as there's no complete assembly. The little things like the forward ducting required some work but it's all doable.
