Adding keyless entry/Securicode?

I have a 2002 E350 Super Duty. It was a fairly basic van new, and did not have power windows or locks. I have since added aftermarket power locks. After 1 of them failed, I replaced it with a junkyard OEM lock.
The vehicle had an alarm system when I bought it, but that has since failed as well and I removed it.

I would like to add Ford's keyless entry/Securicode system to the van. Keyless entry doesn't seem to show up in many junkyard vans though. So I'm wondering if anyone knows if other similar year vehicles have standalone keyless that could be used? I know most of the SUVs (Explorers/Expeditions) seem to always have keyless entry.

Would it be as simple as removing the keyless module and wiring it in? Or are the modules more integrated into the vehicle than that? And yes, I could add an aftermarket alarm again. But I specifically would like the Ford keypad.

Looks like a lot of wiring with lots of door ajar switches added in.

I appreciate the diagrams, thank you.

Seems like just tying into the current door switches and actuators that I already added.

You wouldn't happen to have the same diagrams for the 2002ish Explorer would you? There are tons on Explorers at the junkyards, that would be good donors if they would work the same.

it would be much easier to add a remote start than to add keyless

Remote start is not what I'm trying to accomplish, so it doesn't much matter if it's easier.

I am trying to get the Securicode keypad.

right. i realize that. but to add that to a truck that was not equip with it will require rewiring most of the cab area of the truck. plus if i remember correctly by 02 that function is controlled by the body control module.
