Why not just have it shipped to your house? It's free.
It was free to pick up at the store too and it’s just right down the road from our house. I’m kind of glad I did too… I could imagine getting the CarQuest filter in the mail!
Anyone use docs? Saw them online and seem real good quality. I change mine every 5k so seems like a chance to save some cash with oem quality. Any thoughts
I've been using them and have had no issues. Quality seems very good. I switched to them when Motorcraft raised their prices dramatically during the pandemic.
Docs is made in China, Motorcraft is made in North Carlina by Purolator which is probably the pioneer of filtration. If I go aftermarket on any filters it’s Baldwin. I’d bump your changes to 10k if anything. I’ve always done 5k oil and fuel every other. Air filter once a week. My trucks live in the dust on the farm and changing to this flat filter intake has proven to be the wrong way to go for me. Our 2018’s have a much better intake set up
According to Google, Doc's fuel filters are made in Taiwan. The other filters are made in China.

They are a major third party manufacturer, according to Doc's their upper fuel filter is 3 microns compared to the OEM 5.1 (yes, MC is 5.1 mu) microns, however when I inquired a few months back they could not provide me with the water stripping specs.
