I don't know if this is relevant. Maybe.
2018 F 150 XL 3.3L V6 102313 miles. No problems. Book that came with truck says to change spark plugs at 100k miles. Asked dealer to change spark plugs. Work done Jan. 22, 2024.
Receipt says, removed and replaced spark plugs and intake manifold plenum gasket.
I don't know what this gasket is or why it was replaced.

Labor $202.50

I'm curious to this. Since watching a couple of video's. It looks like the 3.5 just change the lower end of coil boot and it seems the 2.7 has the full length boot. Is that correct? I am thinking since we don't have rain projected for Sunday. I might just do the plug change and go from there. I don't feel any misfire issues so it just may be time for a spark plug change and see if fuel millage improves.
