New tire time. Tried out the new BFG HD Terrains. Very impressive on the balencer. Put them on just in time for our last snowfall for which I needed to drive Chicago to grab some trailers. Seemed good in the snow, worked well in the subsequent mud from the now melting snow while pulling said trailer.
I'll be up in your neck of the woods in august for the woodward dream cruise. Made reservations for thurs thru sunday nights. I will be the guy in the shiny blue f250 with mo plates who locks completely lost.
Got my 6.7 dpk yesterday. My oldest boy runs his own shop about .5 hour south of me, will be dropping it off tomorrow. Took the travel trailer out a couple weeks ago. This thing is lite years ahead of the 01 7.3 I just sold.
Good times. I haven't gone to the cruise proper in a few years. Usually just jump in with a buddy and cruise weeknights the week before. Highly recommend coming up a few days early for that, and walk day of the cruise.
Agree with Chad the day prior to the actual cruise is good too, so many people on the day of. Grand Rapids has the Metro Cruise the following weekend. I will probably cruise the F650 for that. Bunch of guys I know will have there stuff on display.
