The last few days I noticed a increase in noise coming from the engine bay, it sounded to me like an exhaust leak near the firewall and a slight vibration. Today on the drive home same thing although I notice when accelerating the sound and vibration would completely disappear as soon as the there was enough load and return instantly upon letting off, I was encouraged by this finding thinking a gate might be sticking. But after getting home the noise and vibration at idle is considerably worse yet a throttle snap and it clears up momentarily.
It's not throwing any codes either.
No clue where to start, should I be looking at injectors/ replacing the stock turbo or something much worse.
