Hello, greetings!
I’m a new member!
Hopefully, you can be of help.
Let me explain. My 1990 Ford f150 4.9 2wd is having some issues.
She only has one good light, the front left signal light. All the other are “no bueno.”
What I’ve done: bought new headlight, (figured a one in a million chance all other lights dying at the same time occurred). Problem not solved!
I also checked the wiring all looked good.
please share any insight or hunch! Many thanks and happy Sunday!
Your title says "headlight problems". But then you say you have only one good "signal light". Please take the time to explain the problem better what is working and what is not.
Verify the right bulbs are in the sockets (one terminal vs 2 terminals)
Then verify power (and ground) to the sockets as the lights are on or supposed to be flashing
The headlight switches are cheap, have one handy to plug in for diagnosis (a used one works for testing)
The sockets melt and fail, wrong bulbs create feedback and blown fuses sometimes
