Keep in mind the right side runs a little warmer than the left for some reason so you may see a temp difference of up to 10 deg between the two.
Also the stock temp gauge only gives a rough idea of the actual temperature.
Anytime I have the system drained and refilled, I can count on mine showing HOT (on the gauge) before everything equalizes. That's just normal for mine.
Yes, it could be a problem with the temperature sensors but I think it was strange I had significant difference in temperature between PS and DS. PS upper pipes and hoses were almost cold? I will buy a temperature gun and see what temperature I got when gauge show "hot". Thanks once again!!!!!

If your hoses were cold, that definitely indicates a non opening thermostat if the other side was warm and the engine was up to operating temperature.
I want to thank you all for suggestions with my cooling issues. I finally got my thermostats (160 deg) but with the wrong gaskets. Had to go to "town" for some gasket material and tools to punch the holes for gaskets ( Sorry, dont know english word for this tool) I also bought an infrared temperature gun to check temperature both sides when starting it up. Truck dont runs hot anymore and both thermostats opens. DS thermostat opens a little before PS but not a lot. The temp gauge shows a little high before the thermostats opens but using my temperature gun it looks like engine is about 165 deg around the thermostat housing. For the first time in months ( thanks to you guys) I have both cooling and charging on my truck!!!!!!
