powerstroke 7.3 injector pulse width erratic pressures


Hi folks. I have been reading posts from this site for several years trying to fix my super-duty family (2000 7.3 f250, 2002 7.3 f350 and 2003 v10 f250). After looking everywhere not wanting to post something that has probably already been solved.... Here I am. Up front detail. The truck has ALWAYS run great! Last year I spun a bearing on my 2002 7.3 (280,000 miles). Upon disassembly, I could only find issue with one bearing. Short version: I replaced the damaged crank. Reinstalled new rings ,bearings, seals, head gaskets, new valve cover gasket from Prosource Diesel, one coolant sensor (broke it during removal) and a replaced the icp sensor (oil in the connector) all tolerances are within spec.. Took my injectors to Diesel Fuel Injection Service in Portland OR to be tested (replaced one injector). Injectors are factory stock. Followed the torque specs to the letter. Ok... after finishing my prep, she more or less fired right up and after about 30 minutes idling, the injectors got the air bubbles purged and ran smooth. Life is looking pretty good at this point. Time to take a victory lap. The Truck now has gotten up to temperature. Wait!!! The check engine light has come on. The truck runs and sounds as it did before (new off the lot) what now!?? Got my OBDlink MX+ with Torque Pro (can't get forscan currently due to some government restrictions...) and no codes (My Torque Pro app shows the massive change in Injector PW as seen in screenshots). Went to O'reilly's and they scanned and found no codes...? Went to the dealer and the first device they use show no codes. Finally the master mechanic there took the lap top Ford has for codes and found this. P1211,P0117, U1262, B1352. I start thinking that the new Dorman ICP sensor was causing the Inj PW problem. I purchased a Zibbix ICP from Prosource Diesel and as soon as I start the truck, the Torque Pro app immediately shows the injector PW spikes. Finally when the truck gets up to operating temperature the check engine light comes on with no code. I am thanking everyone in advance for your help. Just want my baby back and running.

Dorma is shat. Motorcraft sensors only. No fleabay crap marked motorcraft.
