The only time I personally have seen plugs improve MPG and performance is when the existing plugs are worn out. I changed the plugs in a Ranger once at 100k and I got 2 MPG improvement immediately. I was surprised.
But if your plugs are still in great shape there really is no benefit in the various brands and styles out there.

That’s true of any engine.
The primary problem I’ve seen with the 6.2’s is the coils collect moisture and the resistors/contacts corrode beyond the point of being able to clean and reuse.
