Yes, but I have to recant my statement. The transmission was low, and it seemed that that was the problem, but FORD strikes again, and it was not the problem. Mind you I'm not anywhere around the truck I'm way down south working at the PLNG Facility in Port Sulpher La.so I'm dealing with this crap on the phone. So, as it finally turns out we had some wires come loose from the factory bracket and they got skint all to hell by the fan. This led to the PCM acting up and shifting sporadically up and down at low speeds. The wires were repaired, and the clutch fan was replaced, PCM reset, and I have reports from my wife and Ford that the little truck is back to normal and is running great. I'm trying to attach pics, but it won't upload past 90% for some reason. But anyway, hopefully this helps someone else. I have sent her to the Dodge dealer ship to trade it in on something else. It's not old enough to start having these kinds of issues but seeing that it is, only means we need something more reliable and Ford,, aint it LOL. If she would have gotten a Tacoma like she was supposed to I wouldn't even be here right now. Hopefully the wife has learned her lesson about Fords. Good luck with y'all's little truck and stay safe. RSMOPAR out.

wow. Sorry to hear.
i absolutely love my lil boosted ranger with 6ft bed because it pulls like a diesel.
makes so much torque way down low under 1800rpm.
their isn’t another comparable truck on the market that will pull like this.

but I do agree they are very complex little engines that probably can’t be fixed when they give trouble.

I’ll trade my off when that day comes.

I have 5 pickups here on the farm so none of them gets many miles put on them
