Hello everyone i bought a 2004 ford ranger 5 speed 3.0 2x4 and i have a few questions about it.
Is there any recals on the ford ranger? and is there anything i can do to take the speed limiter off of it?

Check to see if the recall/TSB concerning fluid type applies to the 5spd OD auto on the 3.0; I know it does on many 4.0's.
To overcome the speed limiter requires an aftermarket chip. Of course, this will result in some of your factory warranty being voided. Since you noted it's new, why not rack up some miles and break it in first before getting on it. BTW, these are trucks; 90 or so is plenty in them.
