thank you for your help. Trying to contact SkyskiJay he says he has some 3/8 aluminum fuel line scraps. For doing the hatch mod. Might go with the Racor ps120 setup. Or the airdog11-5g air fuel kit? Any suggestions for fuel system? Want to upgrade it before I replace injectors and turbo. Also thinking fuel bowl delete and high flow 4 line feed

Why an air dog?
Are you going to be competitively doing sled pulls or 1/4 mile bracket races?
If no it's beyond unnecessary. Stock fuel system will supply all the fuel you'll need for any normal power levels.

If you are dreaming of 400+ HP expect to spend $10k+ rapidly on engine girdles, machine work, transmission, traction bars, injectors (which cost more and more the larger you go) and completely different turbo systems

You might want to pump the brakes and read read read up on the platform for a few weeks first. I'd start by looking up above on the sticky labeled tech folder and read every single thread within

thanks for the reply. Just a daily driver. Has 357,000 on it and want to upgrade. Will be replacing the injectors 160/30 160/0 or 238/80 hybrids. I could detune it for the hybrids and would have the ability to get stupid with it if I chose to. Planning on getting a KC300x with .84 housing. All new to this so not sure what the best option is?

Despite not being able to PM someone, you are able to "tag" someone simply by typing an @ before their name.

This is what happens as well as a notification is sent to the member you have tagged.

Thank you so much! Me and technology are not friends! I could still assemble a M60 blind folded but use a phone or computer 🤔

Describing the way you drive a daily driver would help us give you suggestions.

Some people only know how to floor a pedal, whether the accelerator or brake.

Others are more reserved with both but want some power available on tap should they need to rapidly pass an unsafe driver or get out of the way of one while stopped @ a red.

Some of us always drive like there's an irreplaceable egg between our foot and the pedals 🙋🏻‍♂️

Looks like you’ve only had a profile for a couple of days. So once you get the required days in then you should be able to send a private message.

Easiest way to do this is to just click on the user name, then it should show an option for “Send Message”

You’ll get a notification when you receive a PM. As you can see on mine I have 3 (top left) waiting for me to review. Actually I’ve already read them in my email notification but I’m leaving them “unread” until I have time to reply in a worthy manner.

when I clicked on the send message it said I had to do a 3 step verification process. It asked for a credit card to prove I was 18. Was a scam my cc company contacted me and said it was a dating service. Had to cancel my card and have another sent🤬

I would say I drive normal. Never do burn outs or racing. Pull a 5000 # boat 5-6 times a year for 3hrs. Pull tandem axle dump trailer 5-6 times a year full of fire wood. Only 20-30 miles. Basically use it as a daily driver truck. I’m 60 but still have some kid in me. Might smoke someone out if they are a jerk and have their windows down. Would like to have 350-400 hp so if and when I feel like it I have it to use. That’s why I was thinking of hybrid 238/80 and detune them for my purposes but if I ever wanted to get stupid I would have the injectors for it. Otherwise 160/0-160/30. But first want to get the fuel system upgraded and the HPOP

I vote 160/30 and seeing how that pairs with teh existing turbo, maybe jump to a kc300x stage 1, or if you decide you do want more then that and dont mind spending more on upgrades (pushrods/valvesprings/fuel system/turbo) the 200/30. I do not see any reason to jump to 238/80

I'm pretty sure he has another thread around here asking for advice, unless i saw it on a different forum.

I'd suggest reading a ton of threads on what others have done, look at the Matrix thread (on turbos/ injectors) and give eswift (Eric) a call.

As Wes said, it's not a cheap journey going with 238/80's. there could also be potential issues when going bigger injectors as well, especially in higher altitudes. There will be a lot of lag and if you drive around 1500rpm often, you will hate the setup and have to learn to drive around the turbo.

I run 250/100's and it sounded like a great setup at the time and it is a lot of fun, but there is a lot to be learned about wanting power and practical daily use. There are people that claim to have no issues and many that have the same struggles as myself.
I also don't remember what year truck you have and what tranny. If you have PM rods, you will be limited in your abilities as well
