Alright here we go, 2005 f250, egr delete and 4 inch turbo back, 240,000miles
I had a cylinder 6 contribution code and a random misfire from time to time after wot and coming to and idle (50-60mph and then stopping at a light. Last week it cut out on me completely with no misfire after taking off from the light. Bought 8 new injectors, new standpipes and dummy plugs, new nipple cups. Fresh fuel filter oil filter and oil. Started the truck it ran rough for a few seconds and balenced out and I let it idle for a few minutes. After maybe 4 minutes I heard a knock from the passenger side. So I shut it down checked oil it was a little low so I topped it off and knock went away until it came back truck cut out and coasted into the parking lot. Kid I was with had me start it again and proceeded to puke white smoke dump a **** Ton of diesel out of exhaust and extreme rough idle . Had it hooked up to a scanner and ficm was reading good icp was good but ipr jumped up to 80 on start and fell down to high thirty’s the truck seemed like it was missing on three cylinders now buy looking at all the dips in the graph. Please help I’m struggling with this thing feeling pretty defeated. Thanks guys

 

Where did you get these injectors?
Who installed them?

 

Bad injector, no copper washer, or it's loose. But do not over-tighten an injector clamp. Maybe it already is.
