Reasonable suspicion is all that is needed to detain you and call for a K9.

A positive indicator from K9 gives PC.

not true

there are federal seiger laws that allow law enforcement to drive cash. The local law entity keeps 80% and sends 20% to the feds. No due process or common sense. For example …there was a case of a guy having 70k in cash, had a banks statement with the money, and the with draw recipt…his cash was siezed and six months later he was able to get it back.
