Has anyone got this fordpass alert before? 2019 with 73k. Dealer changed oil, I drove home and parked it. The next afternoon I remote started it, when I went out a minute later the CEL light was on and I saw this on my Fordpass.
Sounds to me like there is a bad sensor on one or the other.
both Temps have been reading the usual numbers during my drives. I dont know?
I can't find my obd2 reader to clear the cel. Waiting for the new one to show up tomorrow.
Also, I thought the remote start won't work if the cel is on, but it does?
Did the dealer use a motorcraft filter? I have seen those quick change stations use a cheap filter that does not have enough flow. That will make high temps.

Yeah they did. The dealer I go to doesn't have a quicklane for diesel, you have to schedule. I was monitoring the coolant and oil temp on an hour drive and the temps were normal range that it always runs at. So, I don't know. Looking forward to clear the light tomorrow when the obd2 reader shows up. Hopefully it was just a glitch and it won't pop up again. 2.5hr drive tomorrow, we shall see
