Over the weekend my CEL came on and threw a P207F code for "Redunctant Quality Performance". In doing some research it looks like it could be three main things:
1. DEF is contaminated or low
2. DEF injector is not working properly
3. NOX Sensors are bad causing SCR to read incorrectly.
This is the only code that the truck is throwing. I have filled up with DEF even though it was still more than half full. I also looked at the live data of the truck running warm, and both NOX 1 & 2 sensors were reading in the normal levels, which leads me to believe they are not bad. Would the NOX sensors show off the chart levels if they were bad? If so, does this begin to point to the DEF injector not working? I took the current injector off on Sunday and cleaned it. It really wasn't dirty at all, and put it back on the truck, but the code did not clear after driving for about 20 minutes.
I'm thinking of ordering a new DEF injector, but was curious of any thoughts. Oh and a no dealer can get to it for a month, so trying to get it fixed ASAP.
Thanks,
Brad

I got the same code from letting the truck sit at idle and taking short trips last week. I cleaned the map sensor on the top of the engine and took it on a 30 min drive at 45+ mph and it cleared after the truck said it was going into limp mode at next startup. I'm also smelling a slightly sweet smell from the exhaust so I'm thinking my EGR cooler is on its way out so if you're noticing the same that could be a similar issue.
